A co-extruded protective shell, engineered round-core composite profile and complete fixing system work together for reliable long-term performance.
Material technology
Every ingredient has a role: natural wood fibres create authentic appearance and texture; HDPE additives support flexibility and durability; UV stabilisers reduce fading; colour additives maintain consistent tones; calcium carbonate supports rigidity; antioxidants assist long-term colour performance.
Premium ingredients
Ozzy Deck combines carefully selected natural and engineered materials to balance authentic timber character, dimensional stability and long-term outdoor performance.

High-density polyethylene binds the composite core, supporting flexibility, structural durability and moisture resistance.

Wood fibres create the authentic timber appearance, tactile grain and natural character of each board.

Light-stability additives help minimise colour change and material degradation under intense Australian sunlight.

Precisely blended pigments and stabilisers maintain a rich, consistent tone through normal weather exposure.

Mineral reinforcement improves rigidity, dimensional stability and resistance to board deformation.

Antioxidants and processing additives support durability, weather resistance and dependable long-term performance.
Two engineered layers

A fully encapsulated outer layer protects all four sides against UV, water, stains, termites, mould and Australian weather.

Natural wood fibres and advanced polymers provide strength, dimensional stability, moisture resistance and long service life.
Decking specifications
Typical installation
Ozzy Deck boards are installed over aluminium joists using hidden stainless-steel clips. A recommended 5 mm gap between boards accommodates natural expansion and contraction through changing temperatures.
Installation must follow the project specification, current product guidance and relevant Australian requirements.
Installation overview
A successful deck starts with planning, a straight subframe and the correct complete system. Final joist spacing, spans, fixings and movement clearances must be confirmed for the selected board and project conditions.

Confirm the substrate, drainage, ventilation, board direction, finished levels and required clearances.

Install straight, level aluminium joists at the specified centres and verify the frame before laying boards.

Align the first board accurately and secure it using approved starter clips at every required support.

Fit approved hidden clips at each joist to maintain clean fixing lines and the recommended side gap.

Maintain specified end, edge and fixed-object gaps so the boards can expand and contract naturally.

Fit fascia and trims, check all fixings, clear drainage paths and clean the completed deck before handover.
